oat's pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe        

This sweet meal seems like a real pancake but it doesn’t have flour and of course, it has less calories than that. I use to eat it a lot, almost everyday at the breakfast in vacations. I saw that recipe on Instagram in a “Fitness lifestile” page because I wanted to gain muscle and to gain a perfect belly and “iron legs” (LOL), so I had to eat good carbohydrates (for example,oat).

Now I don’t eat it because I don’t want to gain weight (my current work requires me a specific weight), I think I am right this way. But I still cook it for my parent and when my Best friend’s in my home, we cook it.

It’s so easy to cook a oat’s pancake and so healty, the ingredients are: ½ cup of oat, 2 egg yolks, a bit water ,stevia and if you want a chocolate’s flavor you can use cacao. I mix all the ingredients and put a bit of the mixture in a frying pan, then I put other bit and again until the mixture is finished.
